Guest Accounts
A guest account is a S&T account for a single person who does not already have an existing S&T account. This allows the person to only log on to S&T Wireless network and to S&T managed computers and AppsAnywhere. Please request the AppsAnywhere access when submitting guest account requests.
Guest accounts do have some restrictions, including the following:
- Cannot have an email address
- Do not have access to Google Drive, Teams, MS 365, PeopleSoft HR or Joe’SS, Canvas, databases, etc
- Cannot be issued an ID card
- Restricted to 90 days from the date of creation
- Cannot be renewed
If any these restrictions are a problem, then you will need to request a Courtesy/Volunteer Appointment with HR: https://hr.mst.edu/position-management/
