Shared Mailbox Management
Sponsors of share mailboxes can manage settings to the shared mailbox.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Log into the AIMS portal using your username and password
- Select "Sponsored Account Management"
- Find the mailbox by either scrolling to the mailbox or search in the search box
- Select "Edit" to access the mailbox details
- In the pop-up page, you will be able to edit sponsors and add/delete "mailbox owners"
